




REQUIREMENTS Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field One year of experience in similar positions Availability to travel to various areas of Lima Responsibilities 1. Assist in preparing quotation requests, proforma invoices, and other related documents. 2. Assist in preparing and tracking advances, reimbursements, and payments to suppliers. 3. Assist in implementing administrative and inventory control mechanisms for vehicles, equipment, and assets, and in maintaining the logbook, ensuring proper use of these items until final disposition. 4. Help maintain all documentation organized and properly filed. 5. Provide permanent support to the Office Administrator on all matters related to personnel and logistics. 6. Assist in supervising compliance with logistical provisions, ensuring efficient use of existing materials and resources. 7. Assist in coordinating fulfillment of all requirements necessary for operational functioning. 8. Prepare documentation to support valuations. 9. Digitize letters received and sent by the company. 10. Coordinate the sending and receipt of correspondence or documents from the Consortium, maintaining organized and up-to-date corresponding files. 11. Prepare reports or documentation assigned by the Office Administrator. 12. Assist in preparing and tracking valuations, advances, reimbursements, and payments to suppliers. 13. Assist in implementing administrative, warehouse, and inventory control mechanisms for vehicles, equipment, and assets, and in maintaining the logbook, ensuring proper use of these items until final disposition. 14. Prepare accounting reports or documentation assigned by the Office Administrator. 15. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to operational processes or support functions. 16. Comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies, in accordance with safety procedures. Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
