Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Control Analyst focused on Business Intelligence to analyze sales and collections indicators, generating key insights for decision-making and optimization. Positive work environment We are looking for an Operational Control Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence, responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales and collections indicators to generate key information for decision-making and performance optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and control of sales KPIs (revenue, target achievement, average ticket, etc.) * Monitoring of collections indicators (delinquency, recovery, accounts receivable aging) * Design and automation of dashboards (Power BI or other tools) * Analysis of variances and proposal of improvements to commercial and collections processes * Cross-referencing and validation of databases (sales, customers, payments) * Generation of managerial and operational reports * Identification of portfolio risks and improvement opportunities **Requirements:** * Student, bachelor's degree holder, or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, BI, or management control * Experience working with sales and/or collections indicators * Proficiency in Power BI (intermediate or advanced level) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, handling large datasets) * Knowledge of SQL (desirable/intermediate) **Desirable:** * Experience in companies with high-volume customer bases or portfolios * Familiarity with collections tracking models (aging, scoring, etc.) * Experience with automation or ETL tools **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Participation in strategic decision-making * Development in analytics and BI * Positive work environment If you are interested in applying data analysis to sales and collections, apply with us!
