Opportunity for professional development and a pleasant work environment Operations and Administration Coordinator Position Objective We seek an Operations and Administration Coordinator who will provide comprehensive support to General and Commercial Management, ensuring proper coordination among administrative, commercial, and operational departments. The role is responsible for guaranteeing timely, high-quality, and profitable fulfillment of commitments made to clients, as well as supervising the company’s administrative, financial, and operational processes. Requirements * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in operations management, administration, or process management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, operational coordination, or integrated supervision roles. * Preferred experience in graphic, advertising, advertising production, retail, metal-mechanical, printing, or related industries. * Experience coordinating multiple operational and administrative departments. * Knowledge of administrative management and document control. * Experience tracking work orders, projects, and schedule adherence. * Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate across departments to ensure fulfillment of agreements and deadlines committed to clients. * Track projects from commercial approval through delivery and installation. * Manage and follow up on post-sales complaints and requests. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Design, Production, Installation, and Logistics departments. * Supervise adherence to design, production, and delivery schedules. * Supervise the company’s administrative and document control systems. * Coordinate with Accounting for timely recording of purchases, sales, payments, and collections. * Manage internal requests and procurement tracking. * Implement administrative and operational controls aimed at continuous improvement. * Coordinate and supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Verify adherence to safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and OSH documentation. * Report incidents and opportunities for improvement related to operational safety.
