A company dedicated to the administration of residential buildings in Lima Top is looking for an organized, responsible, and service-oriented individual to join our team. We seek a committed individual with strong organizational and follow-up skills, who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple tasks, and taking full responsibility for assigned matters until they are properly addressed and closed. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate maintenance services and scheduled work. \- Follow up with suppliers and pending requirements. \- Handle inquiries, requests, and incidents from owners and residents. \- Coordinate with operational staff at the buildings. \- Prepare reports and support administrative management of assigned buildings. \- Follow up on matters under one's responsibility, ensuring timely attention and resolution. Requirements: \- Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, operational, or customer service roles. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to organize, follow up, and manage multiple tasks. \- Availability for on-site work in San Isidro.
