Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage the talent acquisition process for an outsourcing company serving banking clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire recruitment and selection process. 2. Collaborate in defining job profiles and attracting candidates. 3. Coordinate the selection process with leaders and ensure personnel file preparation. **We are an enterprise outsourcing firm** with prominent banking clients, top-tier in both the Peruvian and international markets. We require a professional for the **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST** position within our Talent Management team. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in La Victoria. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define job profiles in coordination with requesting departments. * Post job openings and attract candidates through various job boards. * Screen resumes and prepare shortlists. * Coordinate the selection process with leaders and candidates. * Prepare and organize personnel files for submission to the Administration Department. * Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Talent.
