Excellent work environment **Join PUM as a Selection Analyst!** At **PUM**, we are looking for a **Selection Analyst** with experience in high-volume recruitment processes who wants to join a dynamic team and help bring on board top talent. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in personnel selection, especially in high-volume processes. * Possession of a **merchandising personnel database**. * Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate with internal clients to define job profiles and hiring needs. * Design and implement talent attraction strategies. * Post job openings across various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments. * Verify employment references and applicant documentation. * Provide continuous follow-up to candidates throughout the entire process. * Ensure proper onboarding of selected personnel. We offer: **Compensation:** **S/ 1,600 to S/ 1,700** (based on evaluation).
