Job Summary: EXPLOSUPPORT is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage, coordinate, and lead projects, supervise personnel and teams, and prepare reports and proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operational-level projects 2. Supervise personnel and protection teams 3. Prepare budgets and management reports EXPLOSUPPORT is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. Locations: Lima Vacancies: 2 Salary: S/ 3,500 – S/ 4,000, based on evaluation. Residence: Lima Availability: Willingness to travel Main Responsibilities: Manage staff work schedules. Manage staff payroll records. Coordinate and process registration of new or returning staff. Supervise controls and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE). Supervise and monitor 4x4 vehicles. Prepare budgets and cost estimates, as well as technical and economic proposals. Prepare operational management reports. Conduct administrative and technical visits to projects. Submit monthly progress valuations for management review. Lead projects at the operational level. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar functions. Experience in mining camps (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). Degree holder (preferred). Willingness to travel.
