Personnel management and teamwork **FIXS SERVICE** is looking for an **Architect** to join its team, oriented toward project development and execution, with a professional approach, responsibility, and commitment to quality. Requirements: * Supervision and control of construction projects. * Field personnel management and task assignment. * Strong soft skills for coordination, communication, and teamwork. * Preparation of physical progress reports, executed activities, and incident reports. * Availability for fieldwork in Callao, Ventanilla, and Central Lima. * Data collection and 3D modeling (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V\-Ray). * Reading, interpretation, and preparation of 2D drawings (AutoCAD). * Preparation of valuations, technical dossiers, and final reports. * Development and tracking of work schedules (Gantt charts in Microsoft Project). * Budget development in Excel, cost analysis, and quantity takeoffs.
