Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and support risk management at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and conducting plant inspections We are currently recruiting an SSOMA Assistant for the plant located in the district of **San Juan de Lurigancho.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Mandatory) * Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and its regulations (Mandatory) * Availability to **work in SJL** **(On-site work)** * Proactive * Communication and leadership skills * **Minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar positions.** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver SSOMA induction talks and training sessions to new employees and contractors. * Develop, update, and disseminate SSOMA procedures, matrices, manuals, IPERC, environmental matrices, risk maps, etc. * Maintain up-to-date SSOMA document control records and update area management indicators. * Conduct SSOMA inspections at the plant to verify compliance with regulations, including PPE usage, housekeeping, safe/unsafe acts and conditions, waste handling, and environmental practices. * Monitor unsafe acts and conditions occurring at the plant, coordinating corrective actions with involved departments. * Update SSOMA information boards and plant signage. * Support execution of emergency drills (fires, earthquakes, spills). * Perform other supportive tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM, and two Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Conditions:** * REMYPE payroll * On-site work in **SJL.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you agreeable to the salary range of S/.1500\-1800? * Do you reside in SJL?
