Opportunity for proactive, analytical individuals eager to learn At SYNOPSIS, we are seeking a **Junior Backend Developer Analyst with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform**, passionate about technology and process automation, who wishes to join digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments. In this role, you will be responsible for **designing, developing, and implementing low\-code solutions** that optimize operational processes using tools from the Microsoft ecosystem, directly contributing to business efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. **Work Mode:** Remote (with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings) **Duration:** 4 months with potential for renewal **Responsibilities** * Application development with Power Apps * Process automation with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop – RPA) * System integration via REST APIs and custom connectors * Implementation and support of solutions in SharePoint * Data handling and transformation (Excel, Dataverse, SQL) * Creation of dashboards and KPIs in Power BI * Documentation and continuous improvement following best practices and Center of Excellence (CoE) guidelines **Competencies and Skills** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation * Interest in automation and continuous improvement * Proactivity and ability to learn quickly * Team collaboration skills * Effective communication with end users and technical teams **We are looking for a candidate who:** * Has solid knowledge of **Microsoft Power Platform** * Has 2 years of experience in enterprise process automation. * Enjoys solving problems and optimizing processes * Is interested in **low\-code development and automation** * Is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn Salary: Up to S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have with Microsoft Power Apps? * Do you have experience automating enterprise processes? * What is your availability to start working with us? * Please share your salary expectations Work Location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
