Opportunity for professional growth At **CORPORACIÓN FAMOD S.A.**, we are looking for a **Civil Assistant** who will support field activities, contributing to the proper execution of on-site work while ensuring compliance with established technical and safety standards. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (technical training is not mandatory). \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in supporting roles in construction, maintenance, or operational tasks (preferred). \- Experience in loading, unloading, and transporting materials. \- Support personnel for sanitary facilities (SS.HH.) maintenance and related tasks. \- Basic knowledge of manual tool usage. \- Knowledge of good housekeeping and cleaning practices. \- Basic understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). \- Proper handling of waste and materials. \- Proactive attitude, discipline, and safety orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Assist in cleaning and general maintenance of sanitary facilities under the supervision of the Sanitary Operator. \- Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, tools, and equipment. \- Support restocking of sanitary supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, disinfectants, etc.). \- Carry out cleaning of external areas (entrances, surroundings, work zones, etc.). \- Maintain order and care of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. \- Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) regulations. \- Report anomalies or damage to facilities, equipment, or tools. \- Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Formal payroll registration from day one \- Social benefits under the REMYPE regime \- Career development opportunities (career path) \- Market-competitive remuneration \- Positive work environment Work Location: Callao (on-site) CORPORACIÓN FAMOD is an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination Salary: S/.500\.00 \- S/.600\.00 per week Application Questions: * Have you supported cleaning and maintenance of sanitary facilities or other areas on construction sites?
