Plan family menus and prepare traditional homemade dishes. **Requirements:** * Prior cooking experience, preferably in Creole cuisine * Practical profile with basic knowledge of Peruvian food preparation * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. **Responsibilities:** * Plan family menus based on Creole cuisine, considering variety, nutritional balance, and household preferences. * Prepare lunches and dinners using traditional recipes, preserving homemade flavors and authentic Creole cooking techniques. * Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and storage. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and used utensils. * Control portion sizes and optimize ingredient usage to avoid waste. * Prepare meals for daily consumption and, if required, for refrigeration or reheating. * Respect the family's meal schedules and dietary routines. * Maintain a courteous, respectful, and confidential relationship with household members. **Schedule:** Live-in (1 day off per week) **Competitive salary** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,300.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
