Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas\-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets. We are currently recruiting Corporate Professional Interns to work with and strengthen our Atlantica Perú S.A. team based in the Lima office. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Drafting and negotiating service, supply, and other contracts with clients and suppliers. * Drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements. * Participating in the drafting and review of contracts, legal writings, and general legal documentation. * Preparing and managing corporate documents (e.g., Shareholders’ Meetings, Board of Directors, Loan Management Agreements), including notarial and registry procedures. * Updating databases of judicial, arbitral, and administrative proceedings. * Researching and analyzing regulations and draft regulations that may impact the company or the sector. * Updating the department’s legal and regulatory databases. * Supporting the handling and analysis of legal inquiries related to administrative, civil, and procedural matters. * Assisting with procedures and formalities before entities such as COES, OSINERGMIN, MINEM, SENACE, OEFA, ANA, SUNARP, among others. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Education** ------------- Law degree holder or law student nearing graduation. * **Personal Skills** ------------------- * Knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law. * Desirable knowledge of or interest in energy law.
