Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Designer with experience in BTL, exhibition stands, and printing—capable of translating concepts into visually compelling, technically viable production pieces that balance aesthetic sensibility and practical feasibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design exhibition stands, modules, and graphic elements for printing. 2. Develop creative and visual proposals for events and exhibitions. 3. Prepare final artwork and technical production drawings with sound technical judgment. **Job Description: Creative Designer – BTL / Exhibition Stands / Printing** We are looking for a **Creative Designer with proven experience** (preference given to **exhibition stand design, activations, and printed materials**) who can translate conceptual ideas into **production-ready visual assets**. This role requires **technical proficiency**, **aesthetic sensitivity**, and hands-on knowledge of physical formats (modules, structures, vinyls, large-format prints, signage, etc.). We need an **organized, agile** individual with a strong eye for **proportion, spatial composition, and visual presentation**, accustomed to the fast-paced workflow of a BTL agency or production company. Key Responsibilities * Design exhibition stands, modules, activation spaces, and graphic elements for printing. * Develop creative and visual proposals for events, activations, and exhibitions. * Prepare final artwork and simplified technical drawings for production (dimensions, materials, finishes). * Adapt designs across various formats: banners, vinyls, totems, panels, etc. * Support visual presentations and quotations in collaboration with the account team. * Ensure designs are feasible in terms of materials and assembly timelines. Essential Requirements * Completed technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience** in BTL agencies, exhibition stand companies, or graphic production firms. * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop** and/or **CorelDRAW**. * Experience designing printed, modular, or volumetric materials. * Demonstrated **production experience and judgment** (real-world dimensions, finishes, assembly, etc.).
