Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant with a passion for human talent development to support recruitment, selection, personnel administration, and workplace well-being processes. Opportunity for professional development We are ACP, and we are looking for an HR ASSISTANT eager to learn and broaden knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in executing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. •Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation * Administration and updating of personnel files and information. * Support in attendance control, recording and tracking of absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and justifications. * Participation in employee well-being and workplace climate activities. * Administrative support, internal communications, and assistance in departmental projects.
