Guaranteed training from day one At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently seeking a **CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** for the **Employee Well-being and Organizational Culture** department. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (5th to 8th semester) majoring in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields in human or organizational development. ✅ **Preferred availability during the 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift.** ✅ Knowledge of Human Development, Recruitment and Staff Selection, Organizational Culture and Climate, Integration and Human Development Activities, Occupational Safety and Health. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva (Basic level). ✅ Ability to operate various digital tools. ✅ **Access to technological equipment for remote work.** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring programs aimed at employee well-being, integration, and strengthening the consulting firm’s organizational culture. 2\. Assist in organizing internal activities, recognition campaigns, corporate celebrations, and team-building exercises directed at employees. 3\. Monitor participation, attendance, and interaction of members in organizational activities, identifying opportunities for improvement. 4\. Participate in designing and administering surveys related to workplace climate, internal satisfaction, and employee experience. 5\. Support onboarding, integration, and mentoring of new employees during their initial stages within the organization. 6\.
