Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, execution, and distribution while maintaining hygiene and order in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen At **La Delicia Inversiones y Servicios**, we are looking for committed and responsible personnel for the following position: ***Kitchen Assistant at a Food Concession*** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and pre\-processing (washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning of ingredients). * Support the chef/cook in recipe execution and food distribution. * Collaborate in dish assembly and plating prior to service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Perform dishwashing, cutlery cleaning, and pot washing to ensure kitchen hygiene. * Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report replenishment needs. * Comply with established food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant in mass-food catering concessions. * Knowledge of dessert preparation (optional). * Ability to work effectively in a team and perform tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food and kitchen cleaning protocols. * Responsible, proactive individual committed to teamwork. * Availability to work in the districts of Jesús María and/or Magdalena del Mar. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including benefits under the MYPE labor regime. * Provision of full breakfast and lunch. * Positive work environment and job stability. * Training on food hygiene and handling standards. **Interested?
