Position Description MISSION Contribute to the organization’s labor management by ensuring regulatory compliance, proper handling of labor procedures, and effective administrative and documentary coordination across various departments, thereby fostering an orderly, fair, and legally compliant work environment. Candidate Requirements POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure strategic, proactive, and effective management of labor and union relations, aligned with business objectives and Peruvian legal frameworks, to guarantee operational stability, prevent conflicts, and promote a constructive work climate within infrastructure projects. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: * University graduate (Bachelor’s degree and/or professional title) in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum three years of experience in labor relations, specifically within infrastructure construction projects or related fields. Location: * Willingness and ability to reside and work in the city of Cusco for the duration of the project. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: * Manage relationships with trade unions, ensuring constructive dialogue and effective negotiations across various projects. * Support the implementation and monitoring of labor agreements, both for specific projects and for the framework agreement with the National Federation of Construction Workers. * Coordinate with Human Resources and Operations teams on labor conflict management and collective bargaining. * Analyze changes in Peruvian labor legislation and their impact on the organization. * Develop strategies for preventing and resolving labor conflicts in infrastructure projects. * Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of union and labor agreements. * Train project teams on best practices in labor relations and applicable regulations.
