




**PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – FOOD PLANT** **Profile:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in food plants or production processes (pre-professional or work internships count). * Basic knowledge of production processes, time control, and operational support. * Proficient in Microsoft Office at user level (basic to intermediate Excel). * Familiarity with BPM, waste control, and production recordkeeping is desirable. * Ability to work on-site and coordinate with operational staff. **Responsibilities:** * Record and update daily production forms (yields, times, waste). * Support supervision of operational staff during the production shift. * Assist in executing the weekly production plan. * Support waste control and data collection for process improvements. * Verify proper material flow and coordinate with Warehouse to prevent stockouts. * Assist in tracking the basic maintenance plan (reports, notifications, checklists). * Prepare simple production reports for the Operations department. * Comply with and enforce operational procedures and plant housekeeping standards. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and tidiness. * Ability to learn quickly. * Clear communication with operators and supervisors. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM — subject to overtime.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
