**Job Objective** Provide support in the installation, maintenance, and organization of structured cabling and fiber optic networks, ensuring hands-on learning and contributing to the proper execution of the company’s telecommunications projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in laying UTP, STP, coaxial, and other cables used in LAN networks. * Support the installation of raceways, conduits, cable trays, and ladder racks. * Collaborate in labeling, organizing, and bundling cables according to technical standards. * Assist in cleaning, protecting, and performing basic handling of optical fibers. * Participate in the assembly of wall outlets (keystone jacks), patch panels, racks, cabinets, and faceplates under supervision. * Provide support in the physical installation of network equipment (routers, switches, servers, etc.) as instructed. * Comply with company-established safety regulations and procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and control of assigned materials and tools. **Minimum Requirements** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Not mandatory; basic knowledge of networking and structured cabling is desirable. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, responsibility, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn. * **Availability:** Immediate. * **Salary Expectations:** Must be specified (if applicable for the internship). **Job Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Location:** Lima – Ate. * **Position Type:** Internship (full-time or part-time, depending on needs). * **Benefits:** Internship certification, field-based learning, development of technical skills.
