At IP InfoOut, a specialist in Human Resources Services, we seek top talent to join our team as a Payroll Analyst and contribute to our mission of delivering high-value solutions to our clients. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in payroll and compensation areas. * At least 6 months of proven experience with the BUK system. * Experience managing payroll for over 200 employees. **Specialization:** * Diploma or specialized course in HR or Payroll Management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the BUK system. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor and tax legislation (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Experience with PLAME, AFPNet, and T-Registration. * Knowledge of accounting entries (desirable) **Key Challenges of the Position:** * Process and validate payroll (for over 200 employees) in BUK. * Calculate and manage labor benefits payments (bonuses, CTS, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Apply legal deductions and withholdings. * Verify concept configuration in BUK. * Issue and distribute electronic pay slips. * Comply with current labor regulations and submit mandatory reports (PLAME, AFPNet, T-Registration). * Monitor payroll-related tax payments (fifth-category income tax, ESSALUD). * Prepare labor cost and accrual reports. * Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate bookkeeping. * Provide payroll and benefits support to employees. * Manage special cases (leaves, subsidies, severance payments). * Propose process improvements and automation within BUK. * Participate in implementing new system functionalities and testing. **What We Offer** * Inclusion in SME payroll from day one. * Positive work environment and wellness culture. * Ongoing training and career path opportunities. * Birthday leave day.
