Your mission will be to transform objectives into tangible results—leading a high-performing team and optimizing our customers’ experience within a highly demanding technical environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategic Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve (and exceed) monthly KPIs. * Commercial Intelligence: Analyze management metrics, prepare critical reports, and propose data-driven improvement actions. * Process Optimization: Design and implement innovative strategies to improve sales flow and customer retention. * Organizational Synergy: Closely coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Administration departments to ensure flawless service delivery. * High-Performance Culture: Foster a collaborative work environment focused on growth and excellence. * Other duties inherent to the position. **What key tasks will you perform?** * Define and monitor the sales team’s monthly targets. * Prepare strategic reports per advisor and department. * Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience. * Coordinate with technical and operational departments to ensure service excellence. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in commercial leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in calibration laboratories, industrial sectors, or the electrical industry. * **Education:** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **Technical Proficiency:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analytical formulas) and ERP system management. * **Soft Skills:** Inspirational leadership, assertive communication at all levels, and strong negotiation capability. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical capability for solving complex problems. * Proactivity in innovating commercial processes.
