Design, implement, monitor, and grow agility and innovation initiatives that enable us to rethink how we operate at Pacasmayo. 2\. Design and implement human-centered design methodologies (design thinking, service design, behavioral science) to drive process optimization and redesign across the company, making Pacasmayo more efficient, flexible, and less bureaucratic. 3\. Measure cultural evolution and real-world adaptability (to any context) of the company using KPIs, data analysis, and insight generation. Requirements Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Strategic Design, Service Design, Digital Transformation, or related fields. Minimum 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Innovation Specialist, CX professional, Experience Designer, or related roles. Organizational Change Management frameworks (HCMBOK, Kotter, or similar). Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs). Experience applying innovation and creative thinking to change initiatives.
