




Position Summary: Responsible for executing human resources processes, from recruitment and selection to personnel administration and support in workplace climate management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel 2. Administers employment contracts, personnel files, and personnel movements 3. Supports the management of workplace climate and organizational culture Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for personnel. * Administer employment contracts, personnel files, and personnel movements (hires, terminations, renewals). * Coordinate and validate information for payroll and labor benefits processing. * Manage attendance control, vacations, leaves of absence, and licenses. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies. * Support workplace climate, employee well-being, and organizational culture management. * Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations. * Provide support to managers and employees on people management matters. Additional Information: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:15 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Payroll regime: MYPE (50% benefits) Salary: Starting at S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
