




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle expense registration, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and support for accounting procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expense and Invoice Registration 2. Bank Reconciliations and Exchange Rate Adjustments 3. Assistance with Accounting Procedures and Ledgers REQUIREMENTS • Technical or university education in accounting, completed or in final cycles. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience using accounting software. • Familiarity with documents and spreadsheets is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES • Expense registration (suppliers, payroll, loans, and others) • Invoice registration, exchange, and delivery of supplier promissory notes. • Bank reconciliations and exchange rate adjustments • Monitoring and tracking supplier invoice downloads. • Assistance with procedures and printing of accounting ledgers. and other tasks related to the accounting area. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical Years of experience Age: between 18 and 40 years
