* Provide personalized customer service in the commercial space assigned by the immediate supervisor, in order to identify each customer's specific needs and close sales. * Send sales data to the Sales Administration department for registration and to request approval from Camposanto. * Advise and assist with document management procedures for customers to claim subsidies or other benefits. * Supervise the execution of services under their responsibility, preventing any incidents by carrying out necessary coordination. * Present complete required documentation to the customer for signing, verification, and finalization of the service sale. * Explain contract terms, documentation requirements, and timelines necessary for selling a service, ensuring information accuracy. * Inform the immediate supervisor about any commercial incidents arising during service delivery in order to coordinate corrective solutions. * Supervise the installation of funeral services to meet the quality requirements established in company processes. * Carry out assigned support sales activities from the immediate supervisor to manage service workload; and other functions.
