At **Cassinelli**, a formal, 100% Peruvian company and leader in construction finishes with over 60 years in the market, we are looking for a proactive **Commercial Advisor / Sales Advisor**, with a service-oriented attitude and passion for sales, to join our team in **Surquillo**. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * 6 months of sales experience (retail or similar). * Minimum 6-month employment certificate demonstrating sales experience. * Intermediate-level Word proficiency. * Basic ERP knowledge. **Responsibilities:** * Address customer requests and generate sales opportunities to meet established sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction. * Review and execute product distribution in-store according to assigned zone to meet targets and keep prices and products up to date. * Follow customer service protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. * Adhere to the scheduled work hours set by management to maintain continuous customer service coverage. * Create and maintain a quotation database with complete customer information to ensure proper quotation follow-up. * Promote assigned commercial and financial offers in-store to retain customers and increase sales. * Complete assigned training sessions within the month, as per the established modality (virtual or in-person). * Perform other responsibilities inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one (including all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, EsSalud, profit-sharing, family allowance). * Career path and real growth opportunities within the company. * Base salary \+ attractive unlimited commissions. * Ongoing training to enhance your skills. * Corporate discounts and additional benefits.
