We seek a responsible and experienced Tire Technician to perform tire mounting, dismounting, repair, and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate must possess technical skills, physical capability, and knowledge of safety standards applicable to tire and specialized tool handling. Key Responsibilities: - Mount and dismount tires on vehicles according to technical specifications. - Perform repairs, patching, and basic maintenance on damaged tires. - Inspect tire condition and recommend replacement when necessary. - Ensure tires comply with pressure, safety, and performance standards. - Maintain the workspace, tools, and equipment in optimal condition. Knowledge: - Techniques for tire mounting, dismounting, and repair. - Handling of specialized tire-mounting tools. - Safety regulations related to tire maintenance. Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience in tire mounting or automotive maintenance workshops. Competencies: - Manual dexterity for tool handling and precision in work. - Safety orientation, consistently applying safety regulations. - Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. - Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
