Responsibilities: Carry out production and mise en place in the area. - Prepare dishes according to standard recipes. - Clean your work area. - Conduct weekly inventory of supplies. Requirements: - Availability to work Sunday to Sunday with one weekday day off and rotating shifts (Full time). - Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience. - Technical studies in Gastronomy (preferred). - Availability to work in the districts of SURQUILLO and MIRAFLORES.
