Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead comprehensive talent management, optimizing employee performance and development. Key Highlights: 1. Advise senior management on strategic talent decisions We are an importer and distributor of bus and truck spare parts. We are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist who will intervene responsibly, committedly, efficiently, and effectively in addressing employee issues and needs to optimize their performance and development within the organization. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or diploma in Human Talent Management (desirable). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in senior-level, managerial, or HR leadership positions. Intermediate–Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of labor contracts. Proven experience in strategic recruitment and selection, organizational development, performance management, workplace climate, and labor relations. Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and HR metrics management. Leadership, strategic communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge across all areas of Human Resources. Immediate availability. FUNCTIONS: Lead the organization’s comprehensive human resource management processes. Design and implement strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention. Oversee performance evaluation processes and organizational development plans. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Implement initiatives to strengthen organizational climate and culture. Advise senior management on strategic decisions related to human talent. Other duties as assigned.
