Job Summary: We are seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to maintain aircraft in an airworthy condition, ensuring safety and strictly complying with technical and documentary requirements. We are AVIO Aircraft Maintenance, a Peruvian corporation serving the aerospace industry. We are currently recruiting **AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS** for our main office in Callao, according to the following profile: **JOB MISSION** Maintain aircraft in an airworthy condition, always prioritizing safety as the core value and strictly complying with the technical and documentary requirements specified in the relevant manuals. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates or degree holders in Aircraft Maintenance (mandatory) * DGAC Peru A&P License, endorsed for airframe, powerplant, and/or avionics. * Experience in avionics and structures, preferably on A320 (not mandatory) * Completion of the A320 Initial Course * Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience is mandatory. * **Peru residents only.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform corrective actions, ensuring effective resolution of identified faults. * Execute scheduled maintenance according to established plans and programs, strictly following instructions contained in manufacturers' manuals and maintenance programs. * Ensure that maintenance activities contribute to maintaining and guaranteeing aircraft airworthiness. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration * Continuous training * Growth opportunities *Don’t miss the opportunity to continue building your future with us! ✈* Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
