JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Position: Concierge Relief Staff Number of Vacancies: 01 Work Location: Cipreses Condominium, located in Campoy Residence: Campoy or nearby areas (mandatory requirement) Responsibilities: \* Cover rest shifts for regular concierge staff according to the schedule established by management. \* Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers at the condominium. \* Verify visitors’ identities and register access in accordance with internal regulations. \* Ensure security and order in the condominium’s common areas. \* Conduct basic supervisory rounds during the shift. \* Respond to inquiries and provide courteous and respectful support to residents. \* Immediately report any incident, anomaly, or risk situation to management. \* Comply with security protocols and the condominium’s internal regulations. Requirements: \* Reside in Campoy or nearby areas (mandatory). \* Prior experience in concierge services, security, or similar positions (preferred). \* Responsibility, punctuality, and professional appearance. \* Good interpersonal skills and appropriate communication with residents. \* Ability to follow instructions and exercise sound judgment in unforeseen situations. \* Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
