ELEVATOR, PLATFORM, AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on elevators and lifting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of elevators and lifting equipment 2. Execution of mechanical and electronic repairs 3. Diagnosis and reporting of equipment issues \*Perform comprehensive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment, complying with Quality and Safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: \_ Education: Technical graduate or degree holder in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. \_ Experience: 2 years \_ Valid Class A1 driver's license \_ Preferred familiarity with industrial, hydraulic, and electrical machinery operation. \_ Age: between 25 and 35 years old RESPONSIBILITIES: \_Perform monthly maintenance on elevators and lifting equipment and verify proper operation to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. \_Carry out mechanical and/or electronic repairs on elevators. \_Preferred proficiency in console operation. \_Diagnose issues in assigned equipment under supervisor direction to identify required replacement parts and report them to the Operations Department. \_Report executed work and details thereof to the Operations Department for maintenance activity tracking. \_Submit reports on completed work, required spare parts, and pending tasks to monitor progress on assigned maintenance activities. \_Ensure and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area to meet quality standards.
