Job Summary: We are seeking a line technician with experience in installation, splicing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables, including work at heights and use of specialized tools. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installation of aerial and ducted fiber optic cables (FTTH). 2. Proficiency in using fusion splicers, power meters, and OTDRs. 3. Working at heights using telescopic ladders. Requirements: Completed secondary education or technical training as a line technician. Minimum 6 months of experience in fiber optic cable installation. Knowledge of aerial and ducted (FTTH) installation methods. Proficiency in using tools such as fusion splicers, power meters, or OTDRs. Experience using telescopic ladders and working at heights. Responsibilities: Perform fusion splices and connections. Install FTTH network equipment and accessories. Conduct tests, measurements, and signal validation. Adhere to safety protocols and proper tool usage. Other duties related to the position. Work locations include Lima and occasionally other provinces.
