We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** for our location in **Campoy, San Juan de Lurigancho**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s commercial objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers courteously and proactively. * Supervise and care for children on-site. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and facilities. * Support content creation (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform customers about and promote company services. * Process payments and assist with cash handling. * Achieve the branch’s commercial targets. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in classroom care and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or childcare (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and opportunities for development. * Ongoing training.
