Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer to manage and expand the customer portfolio, identify business opportunities, and follow up on sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and expansion of industrial customer portfolio 2. Identification and development of new business opportunities 3. Preparation of quotations and commercial proposals A Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of fiber-glass reinforced plastic products is looking for an **Industrial Sales Engineer**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read engineering drawings (mandatory). * Intermediate-level proficiency in CRM and Office applications. * Willingness to travel to provinces. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + commissions * 100% on-site work in the **Surquillo district**, from **Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** * Fee-based receipts for the first 3 months, followed by **MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits)** **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage, prospect, and expand an industrial customer portfolio. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Deliver product and service presentations to potential customers. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Follow up on sales and achieve established targets. * Use AutoCAD to develop technical designs and presentations. * Conduct customer visits and post-sales follow-up. * Stay updated on market trends and competitive developments.
