Opportunity for professional development in a culinary environment Job Description: **Job Description** A seafood and traditional Peruvian cuisine restaurant seeks to hire: **1 KITCHEN ASSISTANT**, **with or without experience**, for its LINCE\* location. **Responsibilities:** * Supplies all areas with products, exercising appropriate care, without exceeding weight and volume limits * Assists in peeling sweet potatoes, potatoes, plantains, and corn * Grinds corn for corn cakes * Transfers products internally * Assists in preparing causa * Washes dishes, pots, pans, and food containers * Prepares purple corn drink (chicha morada) * Washes used kitchen utensils * Washes used cutlery * Ensures continuous availability of dishes and cutlery for service * Takes out garbage for the waste collector * Conducts inventory of products in their area * Cleans, washes, and disinfects the area's garbage bin * Checks order and cleanliness of their area * Registers outgoing items. **Conditions**: **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM * Friday to Sunday: 9 AM to 7 PM * MYPE payroll registration * 15 days of annual vacation * Half-month salary payment in July and December * CTS: 1/4 of monthly salary deposited twice per year * ESSALUD contribution to be paid by Berypez * AFP and ONP contributions deducted from salary * Lunch provided * Public holidays are paid Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Please indicate your age.
