Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and address requirements in stores and offices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in stores and offices 2. Electrical, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, and plumbing work 3. What will your responsibilities be? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in stores and offices. Address maintenance requests from various departments. Carry out electrical, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, and plumbing work as needed. Repair shelves, display units, doors, windows, and other structures. Assist in relocating furniture and equipment, and in space conditioning. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety equipment. Promptly report incidents that may affect operations, safety, or infrastructure. Comply with all safety rules and procedures. Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, masonry, and gardening work. Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance (preferably in stores or multi-site locations). Proactive attitude, commitment, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
