Job Summary: We are seeking talent to serve as a Maki Roller / Itamae, responsible for preparing and producing maki rolls, maintaining order and hygiene, and managing supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and production of maki rolls according to standards. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. 3. Basic control of supplies and inventory. NUOVO PROFIL is looking for new talent to serve as a MAKI ROLLER / ITAMAE for a renowned gastronomy company. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 2,600 per month. * Monthly payments. * Fee receipt (enrollment in payroll starting from the 6th month). * Uniform provided (jacket and cap). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and production of maki rolls according to module standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Basic control of supplies and inventory. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 months of experience in kitchen operations or similar roles. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Residence in areas near La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima. * Skills: teamwork, speed, responsibility, and customer orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. * Fixed day off: between Monday and Thursday. **LOCATION:** * La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima **Send your updated CV!
