Job Summary: Grafipapel is seeking a Production Machinist / Lathe Operator to operate and maintain machinery, manufacture and repair parts, and interpret mechanical drawings—while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate conventional lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools 2. Manufacture, repair, and refurbish mechanical parts for plant equipment 3. Interpret mechanical drawings and verify part dimensions Grafipapel, a leading company in graphic product technology and innovation with over 29 years in the market, is currently seeking a Production Machinist / Lathe Operator. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Production Mechanics, Machine Tools, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating conventional lathes and milling machines in industrial companies. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Experience in manufacturing, repairing, and refurbishing mechanical parts. * CNC lathe experience is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools. * Manufacture, repair, and refurbish mechanical parts for plant equipment. * Interpret mechanical drawings and verify part dimensions. * Perform machining tasks in compliance with quality standards. * Maintain order and proper care of assigned machines and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary payments * Monday to Friday schedule only * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
