Positive work environment **JOIN OUR TEAM!** At Clínica Ocupacional S\&M, we continue growing and are currently seeking a committed, proactive, and holistic-wellbeing-oriented **Occupational Physiotherapist**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation *(mandatory).* * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health *(mandatory).* * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Service orientation, responsibility, and professional commitment. * Immediate availability and residence near Callao. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct occupational musculoskeletal assessments (initial, periodic, and follow-up). * Deliver training on ergonomics, postural hygiene, and injury prevention. * Design and implement muscular strengthening programs and active breaks. * Provide follow-up care for personnel diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician and respective departments. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Location: Faucett and Gambetta, Callao. * Monthly remuneration: S/ 2500\. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * **Positive work environment.** * Professional development opportunity. * Dynamic and multidisciplinary work.
