We are looking for an: Operational Management Assistant (Processes and Data Analysis) \- Ventanilla What does our ideal candidate look like? * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields; or technical graduates in Informatics, Computing, or Systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to operations, logistics, information analysis, process improvement, or administrative management. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. ERP knowledge is desirable. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Ventanilla. What would your responsibilities be? * Manage and monitor vehicle operational scheduling, ensuring adherence to established timelines. * Analyze management indicators and prepare reports for decision-making. * Coordinate with involved departments to track vehicles during the pre-delivery process. * Participate in the improvement, automation, and digitalization of operational processes. * Administer and update information in departmental systems and platforms. * Support the preparation of reports and continuous improvement projects.
