Free membership to train at the gym chain **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF \- LINCE BRANCH** **About the Position:** At **XFLY Funcional Training**, we are seeking **Cleaning Assistants** to join our branch located in the district of Lince. The primary objective of this role is to ensure order, disinfection, and optimal maintenance of all operational areas of the gym. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in cleaning services (commercial premises, gyms, offices, or private homes). * Commitment to punctuality, proactivity, attention to detail, and responsibility in work. * Residence in Lince or nearby districts (Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja, etc.) is preferred. * Availability to cover rotating shifts (Morning or Afternoon). **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuous hygiene and disinfection of training areas, equipment, weights, locker rooms, and restrooms. * Proper handling and disposal of solid waste from trash bins. * General cleaning maintenance of the reception area, main entrance, and exterior spaces. * Ensuring consistent facility presentation and overall image. **Employment Conditions:** * Monthly salary: S/ 1,200\.00 (timely biweekly and monthly payments). * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, with statutory benefits. * Corporate benefit: Free membership to train at the gym chain. * Immediate hiring and onboarding.
