Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for the industrial sector, with desirable experience, to perform tasks including bagging, palletizing, material supply, and support in various functions. Product inspection and compliance with standards On behalf of a leading company in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Production Assistant. **Requirements** * Incomplete or completed secondary education. * Desirable 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial sector companies. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Responsibilities** * In the molding area: responsible for bagging and palletizing trays. * In the pulper area: supplies materials such as paper and cardboard (raw materials) for tray production. * Provides direct support to the Auxiliary Operator in certain functions. * Responsible for conducting product inspections within their work area. * Responsible for understanding and complying with the SIG Policy (Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety), Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Environmental Regulations, and Internal Work Regulations. * Adheres to procedures, instructions, and guidelines applicable to their position and the processes in which they participate. * Identifies hazards, reports incidents and accidents, and implements applicable occupational health and safety control measures. **Benefits** * Meals * Bonuses/Variable Pay: Overtime pay, night shift bonuses Workplace: On-site employment
