Job Summary: Control and promote preventive and corrective actions to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, ensuring compliance with the occupational safety and health plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote training in Risk Prevention. 2. Participate in the planning of preventive activities. 3. Monitor the Work Program in Risk Prevention. Control and promote preventive and corrective actions in activities carried out at the facilities to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. Identify unsafe acts and conditions. Support measures to prevent asset losses for the company and its customers FUNCTIONS Ensure compliance with the occupational safety and health plan within one's area of responsibility. Monitor compliance with the Work Program in Risk Prevention. Act immediately upon identifying unsafe acts or conditions, providing feedback to personnel involved in the incident. 4\. Participate in the planning of preventive activities and direct actions to be taken in emergency and first-aid situations. Conduct educational activities in Risk Prevention, promoting training for personnel involved in daily operations. Inspect infrastructure, safety equipment, tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) under one's responsibility. Maintain statistical records of incidents occurring within one's area of responsibility, with frequency aligned to the company’s needs. Participate in investigations of incidents occurring within the organization. Provide basic safety induction to new personnel, considering the position to be filled and associated risks. Verify proper use and good condition of PPE. Immediately report incidents to the QHSE department, taking initial corrective actions or administering first aid. Report to the QHSE department any activity likely to cause asset losses, enabling necessary coordination to prevent such occurrences. Act honestly, loyally, and impeccably—subordinating personal interest to the general or common good. Identify and satisfy the needs and expectations of internal or external users—demonstrating a commitment to serve users effectively, courteously, and empathetically. Requirements Completed technical studies in occupational risk prevention or similar fields, or university graduation in industrial engineering, safety engineering, or related disciplines. **Knowledge of:** Occupational safety and health, planning preventive measures for civil works or high-risk jobs, IPERC management, experience facilitating safety talks with personnel, environmental impact awareness Familiarity with Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health One (1) year of experience as an occupational safety and health supervisor. **Availability to work in Callao from Monday to Friday:** 7:00 am – 5:30 pm / Saturdays: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Benefits Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory social benefits.
