Lead teams and oversee the restaurant's overall operations Restaurant Manager – 92 Restobar A restaurant specializing in fast food and an all-you-can-eat wings bar seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead operations, manage staff, and boost sales and profitability. **What We Offer:** * Base salary: S/ 2,500 per month. * Bonuses for achieving targets and KPIs. * Potential monthly income of S/ 3,500 to S/ 4,000 based on performance. * Labor benefits as stipulated by applicable regulations. * Growth and training opportunity. * Dynamic, results-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the restaurant's overall operations. * Achieve sales targets and analyze management metrics. * Control food cost, inventory, shrinkage, and operational expenses. * Lead, organize, and supervise the workforce. * Coordinate staff schedules, shifts, and training. * Ensure compliance with BPM, FIFO, quality, order, and cleanliness standards. * Supervise customer service and resolve complaints. * Propose commercial initiatives to increase sales. * Prepare reports and suggest operational improvements. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant administration, supervision, or team leadership. * Experience in fast food, quick-service restaurants, or gastronomic businesses. * Proficiency in KPI management, food cost control, inventory management, and shrinkage control. * Knowledge of BPM and FIFO. * Experience leading work teams. * Analytical ability, leadership skills, and results orientation. * Availability to work during hours typical of the gastronomy industry. * Experience in buffets or all-you-can-eat wings bars is a plus. **Work Location** Av.
