Job Summary: We are seeking Restaurant Administrators with leadership and service orientation to supervise operations, lead teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Restaurant Administrator A major restaurant chain is looking for Administrators for our branches in Cañete, La Punta Callao, Chorrillos, and San Isidro — candidates must demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and service orientation. Responsibilities * Supervise the proper functioning of the branch. * Lead and organize the work team during operations. * Monitor customer service and satisfaction. * Manage staff attendance, schedules, and performance. * Supervise cash handling, sales, and branch operational management. * Coordinate procurement of products and supplies. * Ensure compliance with cleanliness, order, and service standards. * Resolve operational incidents and provide team support. * Comply with and enforce company-established procedures. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Administrator or in similar positions. * Personnel management and team leadership experience. * Organizational ability and problem-solving skills. * Cash handling and operational control experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to work at any of the listed branches. Schedule * 8-hour daily shift. * Rotating shifts. * Work from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week.
