Job Summary:
We are seeking an SSOMA Preventionist/Supervisor with experience in supervising high-risk work, occupational safety and health management, and SSOMA documentation coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Preventionist: Technical or university graduate (engineering) with specialization in safety, occupational health, or occupational risk prevention (certificates/diplomas must be attached); minimum 2 years’ experience as an SSOMA, SST, or Preventionist supervisor overseeing high-risk work such as working at heights, hot work, hazardous energy, confined spaces, etc. (minimum duration of 8 hours, valid for no more than two years). Must hold a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management System, with a minimum duration of 120 hours. CVs must be fully documented for review and validation.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as SSOMA, SST, or Preventionist supervisor
* Academic degree: Graduated Engineer or University Bachelor
* Diploma and/or specialization in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management System; minimum 120 hours
* High-Risk Height Work Certificate
* Certificates for working at heights, hot work, hazardous energy, and confined spaces — each 8 hours in duration, valid until 2026
* Documented and updated CV
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate with the project supervisor
* Active breaks (5 minutes daily)
* · Monitor compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental plans and programs.
* · Coordinate with the SSOMA department head to ensure that each service has its SSOMA folder or documentation — whether for low- or high-risk activities (e.g., IPER Matrix, IAA Matrix, trainings, PETS, etc.).
* · Conduct inductions and weekly trainings to raise awareness and train new workers on Safety, Health and Environment topics.
* · Manage and record the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) upon worker request, supervise correct usage, and monitor PPE stock levels.
* · Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions, then implement appropriate corrective measures to prevent accidents and incidents.
* · Conduct monthly inspections and report to the immediate supervisor on the status and requirements of emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first-aid kits).
* · Weekly management of documentation required for personnel access to client facilities.
* · Ensure availability of required SSOMA forms and documents for services with various clients (ATS, work permits, tool/equipment checklists, PPE checklists, PPE distribution records, etc.) — request them in advance.
