Job Summary: We are seeking sales advisors to promote fashion and home decor products, provide friendly customer service, and maintain store organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and sales advisory for fashion and home decor products 2. Friendly treatment and effective communication with customers 3. Social media support to boost product visibility WE ARE INNOVABAGS AND EURO HOGAR, A RETAIL AND WHOLESALE COMPANY FOCUSED ON FASHION AND HOME DECOR PRODUCTS, CURRENTLY SEEKING FULL-TIME SALES ADVISORS FOR OUR STORES. REQUIREMENTS: \- Availability to work full-time from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts. \- Completed secondary education \- Sales experience \- Responsible, honest, and loyal individual \- Friendly attitude toward customers \- Preferably residing near CERCADO DE LIMA \- Minimum availability of 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Promote daily sales of in-stock products. \- Drive in-store product promotions. \- Advise customers on women's fashion and home decor products. \- Contact existing customers to offer products. \- Maintain good communication with customers. \- Maintain store and product organization and cleanliness. \- Support social media activities (live streams and videos). \- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
