Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard / Cleaning and Maintenance Operator to handle access control, security patrols, and identification and reporting of infrastructure failures. Timely payments ***Security and Maintenance Staff*** **Position**: Security Guard / Cleaning and Maintenance Operator **Work Mode**: On-site (rotating shifts) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Security**: Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods; conduct regular security patrols throughout the facilities. **Basic Maintenance**: Identify and report infrastructure failures; perform minor repairs. **Reporting**: Record incidents in the incident logbook. **REQUIREMENTS** 1\. Reside in the district of Bellavista \- Callao or nearby areas. 2\. Prior certified experience in security, surveillance, or general services (cleaning and maintenance). 3\. Full and immediate availability to work rotating shifts (day and night). 4\. Responsible, punctual, proactive individual with high integrity. 5\. Completed secondary education. 6\.
